Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms so that expectations are clear for everyone.

Session Cancellation

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled session.

  • Cancellations can be made via email ([Contact Email]) or WhatsApp.

  • Sessions cancelled with 24 or more hours' notice will not be charged (single sessions) or can be rescheduled within the same month (memberships).

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are considered late cancellations.

  • Single sessions: The full session fee (600 AED) will be charged.

  • Membership sessions: The session will be counted as used and cannot be rescheduled.

No-Show

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, this is considered a no-show.

  • Single sessions: The full session fee will be charged.

  • Membership sessions: The session will be counted as used.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session with 24 or more hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within the same calendar month for membership clients.

  • Rescheduling requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.

Membership Cancellation

  • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • During the commitment period: Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining months within the 3-month commitment.

  • After the commitment period: You may cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice via email.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to any remaining sessions and benefits for the current paid month.

Refunds — Single Sessions

  • Sessions cancelled with 24 or more hours' notice: A full refund will be issued.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be provided.

  • No-shows: No refund will be provided.

Refunds — Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing month.

  • Unused sessions within a billing month do not roll over to the following month.

  • If you cancel during the 3-month commitment period, the remaining balance for the commitment period is due and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered above, please contact us to discuss your situation.

Therapist-Initiated Changes

  • In the rare event that [Therapist Full Name] needs to cancel or reschedule a session (due to illness or emergency), you will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Single sessions: You will be offered the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund.

  • Membership sessions: You will be offered a rescheduled session within the current or following month. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending a session or continuing your membership, please contact us. Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.
