About Me
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and qualified Mental Health Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout, and complex life transitions, helping them develop practical strategies to improve wellbeing and resilience.
My clinical career began within the UK’s public healthcare system, where I gained extensive experience supporting diverse populations and complex mental health needs. Since then, my work has expanded internationally, shaping a culturally aware, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy.
I have worked across a range of specialist mental health services, including forensic settings, acute inpatient care, and community mental health services. Much of my work has focused on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, and grief, helping them understand their experiences and develop practical strategies to support recovery and emotional wellbeing.
These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of how mental health challenges can impact many areas of life - from relationships and work to confidence and overall wellbeing.
Alongside my mental health training, I also have a background in pharmacy. This allows me to take a more holistic view of wellbeing, recognising the connection between physical health, emotional balance, and lifestyle factors when supporting individuals in building long-term resilience.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I believe everyone deserves a safe and confidential space to speak openly about their experiences without judgement.
Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable, exploring thoughts and emotions while developing practical tools to help navigate challenges and build emotional resilience.
I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches while remaining flexible to each person’s unique needs and circumstances. My aim is to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I believe mental healthcare should be accessible to all, and that looking after your wellbeing is just as important as caring for your physical health, maintaining relationships, or investing in personal growth.
Online Therapy
Many people find that speaking from the comfort of their own environment allows them to feel more relaxed and open when discussing personal experiences.
Online therapy also allows individuals to access professional mental health support regardless of location, making it easier to prioritise wellbeing alongside work, family, and everyday responsibilities.
My goal is to guide individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, professionalism, and practical support - one session at a time.
